WHERE WE SHIP
We ship within the United States, US territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.
This includes:
- All 50 US states
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- US Virgin Islands (VI)
- Guam (GU)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
US Territories
We ship to all US territories that have zip codes. Shipping to territories is processed the same as domestic shipping.
Please note:
- Territory shipments may take longer than continental US delivery (typically 7-14 days depending on location)
- Tracking may be limited in some remote territory locations
- Territories are shipped via USPS only
APO/FPO Military Addresses
We are proud to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Please note:
- APO/FPO shipments may take longer than standard domestic delivery (typically 10-21 days depending on location)
- Tracking may be limited once packages reach military mail facilities
- Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will be shipped after the processing period.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIME
Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size.
US territories and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS only.
Standard Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (Continental US): 3-7 business days
- US Territories (PR, VI, GU, AS, MP): 7-14 business days
- APO/FPO Military Addresses: 10-21 days (depending on location and military mail processing)
Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Total Time to Receive Order
Continental US:
- Processing: 3-4 business days
- Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Total: 6-11 business days from order placement
US Territories:
- Processing: 3-4 business days
- Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Total: 10-18 business days from order placement
APO/FPO:
- Processing: 3-4 business days
- Shipping: 10-21 days
- Total: 13-25 days from order placement
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via text or email when your order ships.
To track your order:
- Check your email or text messages for the tracking notification
- Click the tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com)
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your notification
US Territory Tracking Note:
Tracking for US territories may have limited updates in remote locations. The last scan may show the package leaving a regional postal facility.
APO/FPO Tracking Note:
Tracking for APO/FPO addresses may have limited updates once the package reaches military mail facilities overseas. The last scan may show the package leaving the US postal system.

PO Boxes
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.
US Territories
Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
When entering your address:
- Select your territory (PR, VI, GU, AS, or MP) from the state dropdown
- Enter your complete zip code
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate
APO/FPO Military Addresses
Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
When entering your address:
- Use APO, FPO, or DPO as the "city"
- Select the appropriate state (AA for Armed Forces Americas, AE for Armed Forces Europe, AP for Armed Forces Pacific)
- Enter your complete military address including unit information
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may:
- Be returned to us (we can reship for an additional shipping fee)
- Be lost (we cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to the address you provided)
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
PACKAGING
Our products are carefully packaged in protective boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Large sheets are rolled and secured to prevent damage during transit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
US Territories:
Territories are treated as domestic shipping and charged standard domestic rates via USPS.
APO/FPO Shipping:
APO/FPO addresses are treated as domestic shipping and charged standard domestic rates.
Free Shipping Promotions:
When free shipping is offered, it applies to standard shipping to all locations we serve (continental US, territories, and APO/FPO). Expedited shipping options (if available) will have additional charges.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We understand some orders are time-sensitive.
For expedited shipping options (continental US addresses only):
- Email info@cherrycreeklane.com before placing your order
- Include your zip code, items you want to order, and requested delivery date
- We'll let you know what options are available and any additional costs
Important:
- Expedited processing does not guarantee delivery by a specific date
- Expedited shipping is not available for US territories or APO/FPO addresses due to postal service restrictions
- Shipping times are managed by USPS/UPS and can be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays
TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
No. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as shipping times are managed by USPS/UPS and can be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays and peak shipping seasons
- Carrier delays
- Local delivery conditions
- Postal processing times (for territories and APO/FPO)
Recommendation:
If you need your order by a specific date:
- Continental US: Order at least 2 weeks in advance
- US Territories: Order at least 3-4 weeks in advance
- APO/FPO addresses: Order at least 4-6 weeks in advance
Delivery cannot be guaranteed even with advance ordering.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Package Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Receive It
- Check all possible delivery locations (front porch, back door, mailbox, garage, neighbors)
- For APO/FPO: Check with your mail room or postal officer on base
- For US Territories: Check with your local post office or delivery location
- Contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) using your tracking number - they can provide GPS delivery confirmation and driver notes
- File a claim with the carrier if the package cannot be located
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Package is Lost or in Transit Too Long
If tracking hasn't updated in several days:
- Continental US: Contact carrier if no updates after 10 business days
- US Territories: Allow up to 14-21 days before contacting carrier (island shipping takes longer)
- APO/FPO: Allow up to 21 days before contacting carrier (military mail takes longer)
- Email info@cherrycreeklane.com with your order number and tracking information
- We'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed
Package Damaged in Transit
- Email info@cherrycreeklane.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
- We'll send you one replacement order at no charge
Wrong Item Received (Our Error)
If we shipped the wrong item:
- Email info@cherrycreeklane.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the item received
- We'll send the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one at no cost to you
Package Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address you provided: We can reship for an additional shipping fee, or refund the product cost minus original shipping charges
- Delivery attempt failed/refused: Contact us at info@cherrycreeklane.com to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply)
- APO/FPO or territory undeliverable: Verify your complete address including unit/location information before reshipment
DELAYS
Potential delays may occur due to:
- High volume of orders (especially during holidays and peak seasons)
- Weather conditions (hurricanes, tropical storms affecting territories)
- Carrier service disruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Postal processing times (for territories and APO/FPO)
- International customs (for APO/FPO overseas locations)
- Limited air/sea transport to island territories
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping:
During November-December and other peak periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering well in advance during these times.
US Territory Considerations:
Territory delivery times can be affected by weather events, limited transport schedules, and local postal operations.
Military Address Considerations:
APO/FPO delivery times can be affected by military mail flights, security screenings, and base operations. We appreciate your patience and service.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Continental US and US territories: Not applicable - all are considered domestic shipments.
APO/FPO shipping: While APO/FPO addresses are treated as domestic mail by USPS, packages may go through customs screening when shipping to overseas military installations. However, you should not be charged customs duties as these are considered domestic shipments.
LOCAL PICKUP
We do not offer local pickup or delivery at this time.
All orders must be shipped.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AFTER SHIPMENT
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or recall the package.
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Email info@cherrycreeklane.com immediately with your order number
- If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address
- If the order has already shipped, you'll need to work with the carrier to redirect the package (additional fees may apply)
Note: USPS does not allow address changes for packages en route to APO/FPO addresses or some remote territory locations.
BULK AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
Bulk orders (10+ items) or wholesale orders may have different shipping arrangements.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders follow the same shipping timeline and policies as regular orders.
Each subscription shipment will be processed and shipped according to your selected frequency.
You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY
Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered to the carrier or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Insurance:
We do not automatically insure packages. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact info@cherrycreeklane.com before placing your order.
